One fateful day Mark was on the phone with a potential client when Jeff and Schuyler were evidently overcome with the strong desire to imitate Joey Lawrence on Blossom. When it was no longer possible to ignore their chorus of obnoxious “whoas,” Mark covered the phone with his hand and hissed out his office door, “I’m on the phone with a Big-Time Executive!”

Poor Mark had no idea that he would never live this down. Jeff and Schuyler were stunned into silence for maybe half a second before bursting into uncontrollable laughter. Since that day well over a year ago, Mark has been known as a “BTE.”
