RENT THE VATE!
Posted on October 23rd, 2009 by Bret

We have more space than we need in our office and are considering renting this emptiness to the right creative agency or individual(s). We have approximately 550 square feet of raw space that needs some activity. We would also consider the option of giving up one private office that is about 100 square feet. Graphic designers, photographers, composers, web developers and videographers are ideal, but we are also open to other possibilities.

The benefits of a shared workspace are many. We have a great conference room where you can meet with and entertain clients. We’ll make arrangements to share the monthly occupancy expenses. We’ve got a kitchen, printers, the world wide web, a fax machine that we are pretty sure still works, and a pretty sweet black toilet.

The potential snares of a shared workspace are also many, so the right fit is of equal importance. We don’t have to fill this space, but would love someone that makes us feel nice, fits our aesthetic and has ideas for how this kind of arrangement could be mutually beneficial. The vacant space is currently only separated from our desks by a giant concrete beam. Our desks are our homes for too many hours a week. We don’t want to be annoyed by your presence, your music or your ugly dress shoes.

Check out our floor plan and photos of the space. We are 5 people strong; we love what we do and where we do it. You might like it too.
